My 5 year old loves them. They don't nudge her and have just the right amount of rose and bling for her. They are very small, so older children or adults may not notice them. But they are perfect for my daughter's little fingers as she can put them on and take them off herself and they are small enough not to cause too much pain when her little brother touches them. They're thin and bend easily (she also has them in silver) but I think at such a price I got my money's worth and if she loses them it's not the end of the world. Overall I think this is a practical purchase for a young child.
