Review on Ambient Weather WS 2063 W Temperature Backlight by Chris Edgerton

I have tried several other indoor and outdoor thermometers without much success. Wireless sometimes gave a three or four degree error, and indoor and outdoor readings often went in opposite directions. I also had interference from other wireless devices. With that, we returned to the old, wired technology. For this ambient device, indoor and outdoor readings were always within 0.2 degrees when placed side by side. It is excellent. Compared to my laboratory thermometer, both readings were always within 1.5 degrees of the ideal and mostly deviated from each other by less than 0.5 degrees. This is well within their 2 degree tolerance. (I'm aware that there is likely to be variation from sample to sample and that I might just be lucky.) The numbers are quite large and easy to read. The lighting is effective. And the controls are easy to master even without reading the manual, which is written in good English in an easy-to-read font. Overall very r3cimm3ndec.
