My son has very sensitive skin so we use water wipes and other 99% water based wipes (Pampers Aqua, Honor Co, Ext) and I have seen them and thought they would be a great cheaper alternative, also 99% water! However, I used it to wipe after he peed and got hives everywhere I wiped him. Arms, legs and stomach :( And it only happened on the side where I wiped it. Poor guy was unhappy. They went with Benadryl so what was in 1% made him react like that, didn't use if that's what they do uses to scent them or whatever but i will NEVER use them again be careful if you buy this for your child with sensitive skin.
