Review on iDesign 29540 Forma Metal Over the Cabinet Towel Bar Holder - Kitchen/Bathroom Organizer, Copper, 2.5" x 9.25" x 2.5 by Troy Jennings

Bought for the kitchen. I love the looks and the practicality. Unfortunately, the product did not provide a secure fit on the closet door. This caused it to slide, get stuck and twist when my wife opened the closet door rendering the towel rail unusable. BUT I contacted InterDesign directly and their customer support did everything! They kindly sent me a replacement (I've been using the towel rail for about 2-3 months which I think is outside of Revain's return policy) and even sent me another product to test in my kitchen! I really can't speak highly enough. about the customer service I received from InterDesign. They achieved an end result that exceeded my expectations. Two Thumbs Up/Five Stars/Big Smile for her. When I received the replacement towel rail I made a small adjustment so it now fits perfectly in our wardrobes, see below. YOUR CLOSET: Cut a small strip of felt furniture adhesive pad and stick it to the inside of the towel rail. This ensures a good fit of the bar without scratching the cabinet!
