I liked that we were able to have our own website, it was easy for customers to find us online and they could communicate with me via email or phone call at any time during business hours.
The customer support team can be very slow in answering questions sometimes when you need them right away! They don't always respond immediately and there is an issue where their system won't allow you to make changes after your first attempt fails. We needed help creating our brand new website so this service really helped us get started without having to hire someone else to do all of the work.
