Review on Jabsco Lite Flush Compact Marine Electric Toilet – Foot Control Enabled for Efficient Operation by Don Santos

Do not buy this toilet. It has a design flaw. I had 2 cancellations. When my SECOND light flush failed, I called Jabsco. They told me that this toilet has a known problem and that many of them are out of service. The problem, according to Jabsco, is that the belt and gear assembly isn't strong enough to handle the engine's torque. They are in the process of remodeling the toilet and are hoping to launch a new one next year. In the meantime, if your device breaks, they'll send you a repair kit, but these parts can also fail because they're of the same flimsy construction as the replacement parts. If you don't believe this... call Jabsco. That being said, I appreciate that Jabsco didn't hesitate to tell me about the issue. I have used Jabsco products for many years and this is the first Jabsco product that has given me problems. Note that another buyer had the same issue in another review on this site.
