Updated Review: The comments I made below are still true, I love this drone. BUT. I got into trouble and Parrot pulled her legs up to help me and actually started giving me excuses asking for the same information over and over again. They said they would send me a replacement drone because I sent one of the first ones but that hasn't happened yet and it has dragged on for over 2 months of working with them. The problem I'm having is video dropouts. When I turn on the drone, my phone screen goes blank. I also had an in-flight video freezing. I have to restart the system several times before the video connection works. The first support rep acted like it was known on the first batch, but didn't fix it or replace it with newer hardware. hope they come My first experience before the video was released 6 months later: It's really fun to fly the drone. It is small and compact but has good stability. It has comparable features to other high-end platforms. I won't go into all the details as other reviewers have already done this quite well. What I really want to say is that the drone is fun and takes really good photos and videos. I really like flying, I really like the controller and the software. There are good flight times as advertised. The only thing that bothered me is that the device has a built-in fan. Fan means that heat is dissipated by a forced flow of air. Let's see how well this holds up over time. I wanted to try a manufacturer other than DJI because the P2V+ product I own failed prematurely and they couldn't fix it. It suffered from a video communication glitch that most other P2 series users seem to suffer. I've already paid $1,300 for the drone and another $150 for the repair and I wasn't happy. DJI didn't step in to fix the problem so I'm going to another company. Back then, I didn't want to be associated with DJI anymore. I hope that the Parrot product will last and be cared for. I'll update this review with any key product observations as they emerge. Good flight!
