After reading the reviews I had my doubts about this product - it seemed really torn between love and hate. Try it yourself, don't waste your time. It doesn't roll well, the wax cartridge falls out very easily and is ultimately ineffective. After several passes over the same area, I still found LONG hairs that were skipped. I followed the instructions and tried changing the wax angle and stripping the fasteners but nothing worked. I don't think I can even return it because despite my best efforts the whole thing is very sticky after one use.
