So far I've used it 3 times to sleep at the school I help. I charged fully before first use but haven't since. I turn on the music and change the backlight color for an hour each time and it tells me the battery has 90% battery remaining. You do this by holding down the button below. By clicking on the top you can change the lighting settings. It has 3 brightness settings with white light, red, blue and a rainbow of changing colors, or you can choose to use no light. I had no trouble pairing with my Android Bluetooth phones. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
