Not recommended if you have a very small wrist.
Very small. I have a small wrist and had a hard time putting it on. Then it was very difficult to remove it. I had to hold on to one end and my husband had to pry it away from me which left a few scratches after I put my wrist in very cold water to compress it. Not recommended if you have a very small wrist. It's also quite heavy, so it rattles against the desk when you're typing. I'm sending it back now after finally taking it off my wrist.
