I followed the good reviews and bought it. I ignored some of the bad reviews that said this filter ended up leaking because of the mother. Mine drove on weekends for 4 months before one day I was caught off guard by oil on my rear tire as I was driving down the road. Leaked from the nut at the end of the filter where the nut attaches to the canister. As I drove, oil leaked back onto my rear tires. There were also oil stains when I parked the bike after going off the road. Waste of money for this filter and expensive synthetic motorcycle oil. Now you need to change the oil and filter again. I'm trying this without the nut at the end. If that doesn't help, I'll buy an OEM Triumph oil filter.
