Poor quality remote control, failed after using it twice
The remote control stopped working after using it twice. I sent it to the manufacturer and they left a voicemail saying "I damaged it and need to pay $101.97 to have it replaced." Of course I never called back as I have no interest in doing business with To make companies that benefit from their customers. This manufacturer does not follow their product. Dogtra is able to leave his non-working remote control; I would be happy to buy another training collar from a well-known manufacturer.
