UPDATE: After almost a year of owning these headphones, the plastic button on one of the headphones has come loose. I was able to glue it in place but I'm not sure the repair will last long. I still love the sound of these headphones but considering I've already had to return them twice I'm reducing my rating from 5 to 3 stars for the worst sound quality or battery life compared to regular Bluetooth headphones. After using the Creative Outlier Air for a week I'm not sure if this is the case. I bought these headphones for the gym and they fit well. I haven't had any issues with them falling out and I like it when the wire doesn't catch on the back of my neck. But thanks to the fantastic battery life and great sound quality, I ended up using it for music and podcasts at work. Isolation isn't great and I don't really like that they use custom earbuds, but overall these are minor points. The Creative Outlier Air aren't just good true wireless headphones - they're good headphones, period. Edit: Unfortunately I had to send the headphones back because the right one was much quieter than the left one. It looks like the first production run of the Outlier Air had connectivity issues. Maybe that's why they're in reserve everywhere. I ordered a spare pair from Creative's website and they definitely have a stronger connection with my phone. It's also worth noting that these headphones actually come with 2 different sizes of ear tips, which I'm not sure most people understand. I switched to a larger right earbud and it really helped with the bass and isolation.
