The company asked for an objective review in exchange for a free sample, so here it is: I haven't noticed any effect from taking this supplement, not even at the top Range limit of the recommended dosage. Other reviews show I'm in the minority here, and of course YMMY. The reasons I was interested in this product was mood and sleep, and again no change. I will continue to take the supplement (even the smallest pack makes a big difference) and will update this review if my opinion changes.
