The software is easy to use, it's very intuitive and has great features for both sales people as well as support team members. I like how quick answers can be given when questions come up during an engagement or call with our clients. Nothing really. It was recommended by my colleagues so we went ahead and signed up for their trial version which gave us some time to explore what they had in store before committing fully into purchasing. We have been able to solve several problems since using this tool such as being more efficient in managing client interactions (sales), solving issues faster than having someone physically visit them (support).
