I like it! I love that you only have to turn the knob to loosen or tighten it. I love how it feels on my head. It's very convenient and safe. The large back has a cushion that helps distribute pressure over a larger area, making it much better than the original band. When I insert the case that contains the battery into the headset, the gap tolerance for the slider is very small. At first I thought it wouldn't fit, if you're having trouble just stick it further into the headset and it'll go down. The battery holder itself is nice and opens up a bit to accommodate different battery sizes. It does not include instructions on how to put on the headset. I just watched a minute video and was able to change the straps with no problem.
