Remington Sleek and Smooth Skin was in a very attractive case. I opened the package and tried to put the AAA battery (included) in the holder. A brand new battery didn't fit in the holder, fell out. When I put on the outer shell. The entire head of the blade fell apart. I carefully tried to put the parts back in place. The blade became detached and could not return to where it was. This REMINGTON product is very poorly made. No wonder it was so cheap. I want a refund for this bad product.
