Did the designers actually ever try using this thing? It's physically impossible to put this on your right shoulder without help. The velcro straps are not reversible, so you have to wrap it over from the front, under your left arm and around your back up to your right shoulder. Even if I wasn't recovering from rotator cuff surgery, this would be impossible on my own. And forget about wrapping the shorter strap around your bicep. This is a good substitute for those expensive Scribe Pad. Size LG , reviewers suggested it for a size 10/12. I find this accurate, I wear a size 10 (150lbs) but in this type item I prefer to allow for garments underneath. The extra fabric at the curve of hips shows how it could accommodate to size 12. Length was fine with my boots on, I am 5”5. Surprisingly comfortable! I have a high arch, and the support from these is great without being too tight or slipping off. Love this bracelet. I get compliments every time I wear it. Got the gold and silver version and I’m planning on getting other colors. Comfortable and easy to put on. The only issue is the magnetic clasp is a bit difficult to open. You need to pop it open buy using your mail or something to separate at connection point so you don’t yank on the bracelet cords.
