Seriously if I could give 10 stars I would. First, the product works exactly as advertised. I have a Benjamin Armada PCP rifle that I ordered at the same time as this pump. I was a bit hesitant as some have said that pumping up a PCP rifle can be a chore, but I can safely say that is not the case, at least not with this pump. I was able to charge this rifle from 0psi to 3000psi in about 30 minutes. I followed the instructions for the first unplugged pump at least 20 times to "break in”. I then did a pressure test and it held the pressure as intended. I then pumped the rifle up for 20 full, deliberate, and slow strokes, allowed the pump to cool for 2 minutes, and repeated. I had no problem getting this rifle from empty to 3000psi. I had a problem with a connector on a pump gauge, I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. I would buy this pump without hesitation. I'm really happy with the device and the customer support is outstanding.
