I live in an area that was recently filled with smoke from over 1 million acres of fires. Our AQI is over 200 per day at the time of this review. This mask really does what is advertised. It has helped me a lot outdoors and allows me to spend as much time as I want in the fairly unhealthy exposure to smoke. When I wear it, I don't get dizzy or get a headache from the smoke. It is very easy to assemble and well worth the investment. The quality of the material is also high. I definitely recommend it.
