With my measurements I should have went with a medium, BUT I'm so glad I sized down to a small โบ๏ธ I've had this on for maybe 20 minutes and I can feel the sweat ๐ it's definitely what I was looking for.
That being said this will NOT make your thighs sweat, it is only neoprene around the stomach area! I'm going to workout with it on for about a week and then I'll update my review! Happy Shopping!
