We both like this showerhead a lot more than the one it replaced. Installation was quick, easy and straightforward. It has multiple modes from needle to massage plus one more mode that is unique to us. It can shut off almost all water so you can lather up without wasting water or finding a dry spot in the shower stall. The cordon doesn't completely shut off the water flow, but slows the water flow down to a small drop as advertised. You switch modes by pressing the button on the edge of the shower head. The modes, including shutdown, work in a fixed order. Each of us prefers a certain mode: I go to the needle, and my wife is a fan of massage. I think there is a mode for everyone. The only thing we don't like is the disable feature. To turn something off, you have to cycle through the modes until you click "Turn Off," then return to the shower settings. This head is greatly improved in my opinion, with two controls, one for rotating the mode and the other for disabling the current mode. You also need a fair amount of pressure to benefit from many of the modes. Those with water restrictors probably won't benefit much from this lure's variety. For us, this shower head is the best we've ever used and we both find it comfortable to have a shower that saves water but without the full pressure. from annoying restrictions. We both just want the mute function to be separate from the mode change.
