Fiction! in Bottom Brackets

I've had an issue with my bottom bracket shells over the years on my carbon Stumbjumper loosening things up and making noise. As a weight lover, I was initially hesitant to go down the threading route because I was overweight (even though it was actually only an ounce). Great solution, now everything works fine, no noise. Installation took a minute.
