Review on 📷 Anpviz 5MP H.265 IR Dome IP Camera PoE with Microphone - Enhanced Security Solution by Matt Simpsons

This is my second Anpviz camera. The picture quality is exactly as it should be with a resolution of 2592 x 1944 during the day. The camera is excellent value for money. It has a frame rate of 15 fps at the highest resolution as I set it up. I downgraded it to H.264 for my VMS to accept. One of the interesting features of these Anpviz cameras is that they have a network activity indicator on the end of the pen that comes out of the device. I'm running it with PoE from the switch and recording with Milestone. The camera is outside in a garage and has been exposed to the cold since it was installed about a week ago. It was online the whole time it was installed. I have a feeling that the microphone is of poor quality, but I may have just received a bad device. In any case, the microphone is not important to me. The only change I would make would be to default the camera to DHCP as I had to temporarily change a few network settings to gain access to its interface and had to switch to DHCP for it to work well with my LAN. Overall I think this is a great device for the price and I recommend it if you need a PoE dome.
