Sonos has the best speakers, but their customer service sucks! We have three speakers and a soundbar, which worked great in the old house. In a new house, speakers just disappear. Sometimes when they played music. I was told that we need support as the new house is a bit bigger. After installing the boost, the same problem appeared. Every great product has problems sometimes, but when we tried calling support to fix the problem we never got through. They say to search their FAQs online but nothing is found for our problems. Every time we call support, the record says the wait will be more than 30 minutes. When we first called, we were on the line for 30 minutes when they just hung up. Update 2 years later: Updated Sonos app helps a lot with connection issues. Learned from Comcast that we need to connect a router to use Sonos Boost. The speakers now work very well. No more problems with falling speakers. We've even added a few more.
