So it's just a USB fan attached to a flexible metal cable. What's cool is the LED watch, the hands are in red stripes and the numbers and hour markers are in green. Easy to set up, simply press the button and subsequent presses will increment the minute hand by 1 minute for each press, or hold the button and the hour hand will start rotating. You can select the hour you want and then return to a single click to fine-tune the minute hand, which is pretty easy without reading the instructions. I slammed my hand on the fan and because it's made of softer plastic it didn't do much, which is cool because it doesn't have a fan guard. Why 4 stars? Well, the fan makes a slight hum/hum, not enough to disturb my work since I bought it for warmer days, but it's loud enough to be noticed. The fan when connected to say a laptop or desktop computer and a few feet away is still fine, I can feel a slight fan flow on my face at that distance. If your computer is farther away than this or the docking station, I'd recommend getting a powered USB hub to keep it within 2 feet so you can at least feel the fan. But when you don't need a breeze, LED clocks are cool. So overall not bad, I've seen the same fan cost anywhere from $10-$16 so buy wisely lol.
