I really liked these headphones because I've been looking for non-AirPod in-ear headphones with a decent microphone for a long time. I prefer headphones that can be used independently, which these don't - only the right ear can be used in mono - but the 'cautious' sound letting ambient noise through makes up for that, I thought, so I went and bought her. Sometimes there was a great microphone. Some calls told me it sounded like a normal call. Others have told me it sounded like I was on the phone or something. also received comments I sounded like a robot. So the quality of the microphone was inconsistent. But the worst thing was that I couldn't receive or call through the headphones when the "Attention" function was activated. It just happened on the phone itself and I couldn't switch to my headphones and sometimes my headphones just lost connection completely. There were also several other instances of phone disconnections. After all, these things were very uncomfortable. They're huge and round, and my ears aren't that round. Overall I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for a product from a well known brand. I sent the headphones back and will not try JLab JBuds again. I went back to my Mifo 05s which have their issues but are much better overall and around the same price.
