waste of money! No customer support and no response! Don't forget the long time to receive (1 month)

It took me a month to receive the product and on the first day it started dropping my calls and disconnecting even though it was not even 3 feet away. (back pocket) trying to send back due to connection defect. A terrible experience with no customer support or feedback from jLab will never buy another product from them. Note that this is a company that does not endorse their product. So if you're unlucky enough to receive a defective product, you're out of luck. disguised business dealings when

Best earphones for phone calls

This has got to be the best earphones for voice calls. I work in a very noisy area. This is the best in-ear or headphone for a noisy coffee shop. The sound in the headphones is really good. It has good bass if you like it, but not overwhelming. Great all-round sound for everyone. Their prices are very good and the quality is excellent. It's not multipoint, so you can't connect to different devices at the same time. Multiple devices can still be connected at the same time.

Fixed the problem with connecting the left headphone

In general, I liked the headphones. I've had people say the calls sounded clear and others said I either sounded a little far away or it sounded like I was in a tunnel. The main reason for the rating are problems connecting the left earpiece. I saw other people say the same thing, but I decided to give it a try. Well they were right. The left side has connection issues and that worries me enough to rule it unusable and return it. Such a shame because they just worked well, I would keep them…

Expected a lot given the reputation of the brand. Was disappointed.

I really liked these headphones because I've been looking for non-AirPod in-ear headphones with a decent microphone for a long time. I prefer headphones that can be used independently, which these don't - only the right ear can be used in mono - but the 'cautious' sound letting ambient noise through makes up for that, I thought, so I went and bought her.
