It took me a month to get the product and on the first day it started dropping my calls and connection to separate even though it wasn't even 3 feet away. .(Back pocket) Attempted return due to broken connection. A terrible experience with no customer support or feedback from jLab will never buy another product from them. Note that this is a company that does not endorse their product. So if you're unlucky enough to receive a defective product, you're out of luck. disguised business dealings when dealing with such situations. Shame on you JLabs!
