It took me a month to receive the product and on the first day it started dropping my calls and disconnecting even though it was not even 3 feet away. (back pocket) trying to send back due to connection defect. A terrible experience with no customer support or feedback from jLab will never buy another product from them. Note that this is a company that does not endorse their product. So if you're unlucky enough to receive a defective product, you're out of luck. disguised business dealings when dealing with such situations. Shame on you JLabs!
