UPDATE: I've been using this bag every day for several months. It still looks like new! Most bags look worn after I've used them, but this bag is a champion! I wish all products were as good as Gootium! Another great bag from Gootium. I love Gootium backpacks for travel, but for everyday use I prefer small shoulder bags. I was disappointed that Gootium didn't make shoulder bags and was happy to see this bag for sale. Pros: This bag is very well made - thick canvas with genuine leather trim and quality zippers. If it feels like this, it's really going to take time. I use it every day and have stuffed it many times with no problems. The back panel and internal electronics pocket are heavily lined, protecting my iPad, Kindle, and iPhone from damage if I drop or bump my case. The strap is easily adjustable both on one shoulder and over the shoulder, allowing the length to be changed and the clip to be moved to the other side of the bag. There is a ring on the strap that I attach my keys to - I no longer have to put them down or fumble in my pocket to find them. The strap is comfortable and not too wide like other bags I've tried. People complimented me on the bag and asked where I got it. There are two large exterior pockets, an interior zipped pocket and several interior open pockets and an electronics pocket. The size is perfect for me but if you want to take your laptop with you then this bag is not for you. One of their backpacks would be the best choice. Cons: While I love the bag, there are only a few tweaks to make it perfect. 1. Add a hidden zip pocket on the back for paper money. 2. A mesh pocket on one side for a water bottle would be a huge plus, although my water bottle fits in my bag with all my stuff. 3. Make it a variety of colors, not just camouflage. There are countries where it is illegal to wear camouflaged clothing, which limits the range of use when traveling. All in all, this is a great bag for everyday use. Highly recommended.
