Review on πŸ’ Cherry Hodedah Microwave Kitchen Cart by Dave Sidhu

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Pretty good.: Kitchen furniture

Nowadays, everything is getting more expensive and the quality of the products keeps declining. This Hodedah Microwave Kitchen Cart is smaller than the old microwave cart and made from the same material I bought 15 years ago. The old microwave cart is about 6 inches wider and 6 inches taller with thicker wood and was $70 at the time. The Hodedah Microwave Kitchen Cart pales in comparison, but by today's $75 standard, having a similar product with the same dimensions and materials selling for over $100 is actually a pretty good deal. Putting it together wasn't too bad, the instructions are mostly clear and easy to understand - unfortunately the wooden parts are missing number stickers so it's a bit of a guess. It comes with lots of screws, there are actually a few leftover, unused screws which makes me wonder if I messed it up during the assembly/installation process - but overall the microwave cart is sturdy, just don't try to put a cow on it put it - standard 1.0 cubic foot toaster and microwave It actually looks pretty decent after it's fully assembled. I secured it a bit by adding wood glue to some of the joints. The wheel assembly is a bit flimsy, but just enough to support the cart, making it easy to move.

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons
  • Expensive
