Pros: I received a PS4 controller Cons: Product was faulty. After about 3 weeks of use, the R2 and L2 buttons started to work incorrectly, especially when playing with a controller attached. For example, if I didn't touch L2, the L2 button would register. Sometimes joysticks didn't register any movements either. I was trying to reset the controller (by pressing the little black button on the back) when these error issues started appearing, but they came back and ruined my gaming experience. Eventually I got fed up with controller crashes and asked for a refund. Revane said they were making a "one time" exception as I've had the controller for over a month. Therefore, the buyer should be wary of any e-waste devices sold on the Revain website that no longer function properly, as you may not be eligible for a refund for unwanted devices. I'm still waiting for the label. Hopefully the timestamps on these reviews tell how I requested these return labels before I was stuck with a non-working controller. Pros: The colors of the controller were cool.
