I thought it was lipstick!
Well imagine my surprise when this turned out to be such a weird, powdery lipstick - it's not lipstick, it's eyeshadow! Honestly it's a pretty great little eyeshadow too. I'm 50 so I have to be a little careful with too many sparkles on my eyelids, but this is a nice controllable shimmer that adds just the right pop to make my eyes look bright & awake & cool. Stays on well, too! Would definitely purchase in other colors!
