It is easy for customers, we get an excel file of their data which can be reviewed by our sales team easily without having them log in or do anything themselves! Our staff loves that they dont have access issues when working remotely with this tool because it has been flawless so far!! There are no downsides at all but if there was I would say its very simple fix-able errors such as "Error connecting" etc etc.. Nothing really. We use cloud radial daily both internally AND externally (customer facing). This allows us quick responses WITHOUT logging onto office365/Qbr's ourselves. !
