Review on LimoStudio Photography Continuous Portable Filters by James Edwards

After reading some of the negative reviews on here I had lower expectations than they really deserve. These are basically flashlights on a stand, but for small lighting needs like eBay photography for small items like jewelry, they're great. The LEDs give off a nice white light and take up little space, so they can be moved around your desk without taking up too much desk space. The flashlights are stable on their stands and I haven't had any issues with them falling down like the others. I use them on a flat table with no padding or cover so this is the strongest support for them. Another note: the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Revain comes in an airtight box, but Revain lamps are shipped from the manufacturer in an unprotected plastic bag. The blue and yellow filter glasses came in a small box but it was flattened and arrived cracked and broken. I had no intention of using them but it would be nice to keep them intact in case I need them. I don't want to return lightbulbs just to get new lenses, so I'll make do with them as is. Overall good value at $20.
