my 3 year old grandson loves to play with this item. He loads the barrels simply by flipping the lever himself to change the view. Revain has a huge selection of drums. Some of them are educational while others are just plain fun.

Reminds me of the ones I had as a kid and love watching my son play with it. It's definitely not something we play often. I usually put it out and take it out when we need to do something else. Great for the car.

Product arrived in an unlined manila envelope which was creased/folded causing one of the spools inside to be bent! Sometimes the viewer moves on to the next picture, sometimes not! Inconvenient for an adult and even more so for a child. Pictures are very boring and grainy! I do NOT recommend this product!

I bought this for my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren. Interestingly, the 2 year old liked it more than the 4 year old. I will also note that her 10 year old sister liked it too. She wants me to buy him more rolls of film. The plastic isn't as thick as the ones I bought my kids 29 or 30 years ago, but it didn't rip when accidentally dropped. I also looked. The images were very clear.

This pair looked great because of the color and animal example. However, I quickly found that we were very skinny, making it very difficult for my three year old hands to hold sight and move the lever at the same time. The idea sounds great and they are attractive but not practical at all. They even fall out of my hand when I try to pull the lever. I would suggest just going back to the original Viewmaster design.

My original order arrived damaged. It was packaged in a plastic envelope so it was dented and torn. HOWEVER, the seller sent me a replacement for free, so I am very grateful. This works great for my grandson but I thought it was "VIEWMASTER" but it isn't. Actually I'm not sure if I can find more compatible coils. The rest of the space coils are good. I personally would prefer a real VIEWMASTER. Lesson learned 👍🏼

I bought this 3D viewer for my 3 year old. She can't sit still for even a minute, so she's so busy that I can take a shower or have a quick meal. We found an old ViewMaster in the attic that belonged to my 16 year old son and the coils are long gone. The drums in this 3D viewer match the old VewMaster perfectly, so that's a bonus; she can share with her younger brother.
