Review on 🌈 Govee Smart Light Bars: Enhance Your Entertainment Experience with RGBICWW Smart LED Lights and Music Modes by Brian Smith

I received a defective unit (poor connection on one side is wrong colors/doesn't change colors etc without frequently tugging the wires) and had to go to service for "quick replacement". Typical Chinese customer service = They don't take your word for it and offer to replace the unit, they want PROOF and lots of pictures. I'm not sure how to photograph my problem because you can't just tell by the light what I'm experiencing. That's always a problem with cheap imitations and Govee seems to be no exception. Again, they're half the price so you get what you paid for .decent product, cheaply manufactured and poor customer service.In addition, the setting in the application is very poor and not intuitive.The integration with smart home assist ducks and the like is much better in the Hue ecosystem.
