Great looking for lighting and ceiling fans

Returned the first one because it started behaving strangely, it started, then stopped, then shook, then started again. .What to talk to the most unhelpful and disinterested person I've ever met at a customer service desk. He said rudely that magnetic fans do this. Removed and sent back, second fan works better but similarly without shaking and closing. Runs better when set to higher speeds. I keep the fan, but I know when you turn it on Fan spins up slowly, buzzes, stops, buzzes and starts again because it's a magnetic motor?
