Although the light was slightly damaged in transit, the after-sales service in obtaining replacement parts was excellent. I got so many compliments on the lamp. It's the first thing people notice when they enter our dining room.

Great island lamp for my kitchen. It is made with quality materials and craftsmanship. I'm very impressed and the price was $125 less than a similar flashlight at Lowes. I decided to repaint my silver and remove the lattice detailing.

Very nice and relatively easy to assemble. The only problem we had was because our ceiling was sloped and it was a bit more difficult to level. Otherwise it's pretty easy. We bought matching indoor pendant lights above the front door and they completely change the look when you walk in. We like them a lot!

An instant compliment to this light fixture. That is beautiful. Not easy to install, so be prepared for a team effort, but it's to be expected. The wires will need to be trimmed unless you are using all the drop down extensions. You also need to buy light bulbs. For this I have opted for Edison style LEDs which complete the vintage look. Damn happy.

This would be a very nice dining room lamp, but unfortunately it is very poorly made. The horizontal bars are completely out of order and not parallel at all. Looks terrible. Not exactly. We spent three hours having this light installed by an electrician because the junction box was facing the wrong way. He'll stay until we find something better.

Loved this light, came back for another! We used it in our dining room as a dimmable chandelier and in the kitchen as a semi-recessed light. It gives off a lot of light and goes perfectly with our 150-year-old farmhouse. Both are well packaged and easily installed by my husband. I would buy another one for our remodeled entryway but it might be too much of the same light lol.

A beautiful lamp at a lower price than comparable ones. With 5 bulbs there is a ton of light. It is very large but perfect for a 5 foot table. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that the X is a lot lighter than I thought from the photos. They look more like popsicles to me. I was thinking of painting them later but now that they are hung they seem to go in nicely with the rest of the decor. In general this is an excellent device for the money and we are happy with it.
