If I could give a rating with half stars, I would have knocked off only 1/2 star. While it does fit, it's a close one. The holes are 1 to 2 mm off, both when attaching the bracket to the car and when attaching the plate to the bracket. Which means you have to fiddle with it quite a bit to get it secured. I did manage it but I was cursing my way through it. However, if you have the patience for the fiddling, this is a much better deal than the OEM product. The install was fine and pretty easy. Refrigerator seemed to be working normal again, but after a day or two, things started to freeze up. I placed a thermostat in the fridge for a while and it was reading below 25°f when set at the mid range. I kept turning the dial warmer and warmer till I'm right at the edge of turing OFF the fridge and now I'm finally getting just about 36°f. Basically no room for error.
