Fog Grey Deluxe Polyester Macrame Hammock Chair By Vivere - MACRAME-02 Review

I absolutely love how beautiful this hammock chair is, and how well made it is. It came packaged eco-friendly, and well protected. I just received the hanging gear for it, so I look forward to spending many hours, relaxing in the hammock under my Sycamore tree over the next several months among my garden.As I have yet to be able to set it up, I cannot account for its standing up against time and other people than myself sitting in it, but will update this feedback should the need arise.

The hammock is a bit uncomfortable but ok. I wanted something I could leave outside all summer but I guess they don't make such a creature! It serves it's purpose. The one I got last year that broke was built more like a chair and that was way more comfortable. (it was made out of cloth)

I bought this chair and the first day I hung it from a C stand (made specifically for chair hammocks) the hoops the slide onto the bar slid to one side droppings me directly to the concrete patio floor. The worst part is that my mid-back landed directly on a piece of steel usedTo stabilize the chair hammock. I had to go to ER and am having major problems recovering from the HARD fall. I love these! We bought two, and they're solid, sturdy, and easy to put up. I didn't love the fringe, but it's not structural so I snipped it off easily. They're so comfortable and if my kids don't use them as weapons swinging into each other, may actually last a long time.We looked at lots of different ones before choosing these and got a great deal on open box ones.

I can't use it (yet).The piece that connects the hammock to the hook on the ceiling is too small. It opens ⅜ inch. The heavy, knotted, metal-reinforced loop on the hammock is 1 inch wide.You can't squeeze a 1 inch rope through a ⅜ inch opening.I'll update my review after a trip to the hardware store.

Bought this for my teenage son's room. He LOVES it. Falls asleep in it often. It's durable and stylish. That's my review.

It’s very cozy and cute. It was exactly as described and seems very well made to me. The cushion is very soft. It looks great in my apartment.

This chair is awesome, made well and is very comfortable. I bought 2 of them and am very happy with them. Would highly recommend them.

Very nice chair cushion is very padded but for the price there is no hard ware which is very disappointing. It should cone with hardware to hang because you have to spend another $35 just to hang it from the ceiling.

A few choice words in the installation process mainly finding the beams, but perseverance payed off. Had to get creative. Grand daughter loves it and I feel it is safe.

I've tried other hammock chairs, this had the most support for head and neck. Will be a great chair to read a book in on the patio. No real instructions for assembly included. Chair is made in China - not Brazil.

Love this hammock chair! I was looking for the "perfect " one and for me, this was it! I love to curl up with my legs up and a book. Could stay in it for hours! Great quality look and feel.

After previously ordering one of these chairs I liked it so much I tried two from a different company. They paled in comparison! They were unfinished wood, and overall, cheaply constructed. This chair was by far superior, so I ordered another one. These chairs are VERY comfortable and well made. Recommend to everyone.

Definitely would get this over any other chair! The cushions make this chair! I had bought one previously and took it down and replaced it with this one because of the cushions

Unlike a hammock which gives you range of motion, this hammock chair requires that your hands remain inside the ride at all times, and the width is not man-sized. When I sit in it my body gets squished, and I can't really do anything but sit in it (eg. play a game with a controller, or use a keyboard/mouse).I don't think this one has a place in anyones living room, but maybe to sit out on a porch and enjoy watching the sunset it is not so bad.

Very well made and so comfy! It does not come with a spring or hook to mount it but you can pick one up at Home Depot or any hardware store.

The medal ring that is part of the top rope assembly popped out after a bit of swinging. Not sure how this will affect it going forward. Seems fine.

My 15 year old daughter loves this chair -- and so does everyone who visits her! It's comfortable, easy to put up, and it looks great in her room.

Literally, we hung it in the bed room. Now wveryone congrigates in our room, lol. Its comfy, easy to put together, easy to hang. I went to home depot and bout 2 feet of chain and a set of 150 lb swing hangers (300lbs) it fits perfect withe the theme in the bedroom, laid back bohemian green and brown colors. It smelled weird at first, but nothing major. Its crazy comfy, everyone falls asleep in it, if youre looking for a great hammock, this is it my friend.
