Just received today (so fast!) and it's fantastic! I installed it in the driver's seat of my 2016 Subaru Impreza and found it to be EXACTLY what I was looking for! Why? Modern cars already have lumbar support, but this shape sags your entire body and pushes your shoulders forward. The neck protector then pushes your neck forward. This whole design aims to permanently damage the curvature of the neck and spine if you drive a lot. If you already have neck problems and need to correct your posture, car seats will only make it worse. I tried pillows but they only cover part of the back. Other lumbar pads are too wide for the lower back and correct the lower back too much, leaving the upper back unsupported. FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS! - This OPTP Chest & Lumbar Back Brace is the answer for your vehicle! She's not too big. The pillow is very nice and soft but supportive. I can adjust it exactly to my back. The upper allows my shoulders to lean back comfortably. The black color matches my black seats and interior. I already like it and haven't even ridden it yet.
