I'm a hairdresser and I have a wide range of hairdressing jackets and aprons. My favorite apron was getting old and my new one was canvas and my hair stuck to it like glue and it also wrapped around my neck and bunched up when I wore a collared shirt and caused pimples. So I went in search of a crossed nylon apron. I found this one and it ticks all of my boxes. NYLON, LIGHTWEIGHT, POCKETS, CROSSBACK, QUICK RELEASE WITHOUT TIE AND PLEASANT DESIGN. Perfect for my needs. The only caveat was that the straps would require some trial and error adjustment. I spent a week before receiving them, just the way I like it. I'm 6ft 4" and 225lbs so it was too tight to wrap the straps around my back and then around my waist so I took all the slack off my shoulders and just fastened it around my back. I also tied the straps together at the intersection of the shoulder blades to keep them from getting lost. Finally, I made sure both sides were perfectly symmetrical, with the clasp in a secure position, aligned right down the middle of my body. If you don't take these steps, the skirt will shift and pull to one side. hope this helps βπ½
