Review on Trianz by Sean Fabacher

The platform is easy enough for me as an SME with no IT background or experience at all; I can understand how it works! It's free too - which was unexpected but very welcome since we're not paying anything up front so there are zero risks like in other similar platforms that require payment upfront before you get access (which then makes them hard/impossible if your organisation doesn't have funds).

We've been able set some goals using this tool within 2 weeks without any training needed either by my colleagues who don’t know much about data analytics nor myself. There isn't really something negative i could say here except maybe lack of support when things go wrong etc., otherwise everything has worked well thus far although perhaps they need better documentation online along side their user manual? Try out first yourself what suits best because different users will find different features useful than others may think it would be helpful given one person might prefer Excel while another prefers Power.
