Review on FIDELO Minimalist Wallet Men Credit Men's Accessories by Carl Morgan

I want you to like it, but maybe not for me. EDIT: Happy with purchase

I just received the item today and when I unscrewed the bezel to replace the money clip with a thinner money band I noticed two screws were stuck. The rest was easy to remove, so that was an assembly issue. I decided to request a replacement instead of removing the screws and causing damage. As I reviewed the wallet and compared it to my safe and large leather wallet, I saw the pros and cons of each. This is a front pocket wallet in my opinion as it's too stiff and I'm sure over time it will cause hot spots and tear the back pocket. But I don't mind carrying this in my front pocket (opposite my phone pocket as it would cause scratches). This will also take my car keys with me, which may or may not be an issue for me over time, and the keys will likely scratch this wallet. I can return to my leather handbag to organize my daily gear and slide the handbag back into my back pocket to keep it organized. Of course, this won't be a problem for some, but it's something to think about as it doesn't come very cheap. The design is great and I really like how the cards feel relatively secure in the wallet. I think you could throw it and the contents wouldn't fall out, unless of course you throw it at a hard surface like a wall so I can see it fall out. I think the same will happen with my leather wallet, but I stress that some people wonder how reliable it is. I also think I prefer this design with the straps on the long side with a notch at the bottom of the short side to push out the opposite short side cards. Squeezing the bottom to open the top and fan out the cards will make it easier for you to select a card. Ridge and some of the other cards come out long side, and I'm not sure it would be that easy to fan out the cards to choose what you want. It seems that you need to remove all cards and that will bother me over time. But this design looks more reliable and accurate. Something to consider. I love the downsizing of this wallet, but I lose the soft contour skin of my old wallet with this stiff stack of cards. Feels like I've fallen for a cute fad that's not worth it, but I'll try for a few weeks. EDIT: I've been using this wallet for a few weeks and now I can say I love it. a lot of. It's fine in the front pocket but works great in the back pocket and I don't have any hot spots digging into the fabric which I was concerned about. I also dropped my wallet to see if the cards would fly out. In fact, I threw it across the apartment onto the carpeted floor like trying to throw a rock across the water. It went about 20 feet and only the bills looked like they would pop out if I threw it a little harder. My leather wallet wouldn't take cards, but that could be a design issue. I ended up going the smaller size and have no trouble accessing the cards. I prefer the wallet to be more careful with your money. I miss counting the money in my wallet before pulling out the bills. Now I need to remove all the bills from the belt, unroll and remove, then refill.
