It does not help in hot weather, it only blows hot air and does nothing for heat dissipation. I work all day in hot weather and even at the maximum setting this fan did not help me, it can only blow hot air, and the two clips that are next to each other are weak and of poor quality. I would not recommend Tia to anyone working on the street. The M fan sucks too, but indoors it can really cool you down, but it's very noisy and the battery life is about 2 hours shorter than advertised.
