It's cute but not insulating at all. It's terrible with hot things. Don't even try. You will spend money. For cold things I had to use 2 cold packs and after 4 hours everything was already warm. First I had a package but it was torn. broke very easily. A second bag was sent to replace it but it still didn't insulate well. I ended up buying another insulated lunch bag that actually works much better. but not very well. then this might be the right thing for you. But if you want something that does a great job and has a shape (rather than flattened like this bag) then this is not your product at all.
