Finally! A Prosecco cork that works and is easy to use. Leave it to the Italians to make a cork that fits Prosecco bottles and retains bubbles days after opening (although an opened bottle of delicious chilled Prosecco probably won't last more than 48 hours in this house!). leave everything others with fancy vacuum systems behind them, and don't waste your money on Chinese corks that won't fit in any of your bottles.
