My school recently switched to Monday classes + homework afterwards so I spent 8 hours a day on the computer. By the end of that first day I had such a bad headache and my eyes were killing me. I received them and when the next 8 hour workday came the difference was amazing. At the end of the day I don't feel the need to gouge my eyes out and the computer related headaches are gone. I love these glasses and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something like this.
